John Clitheroe runs the business and has over 30 years of experience of Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management. He has an extensive knowledge of the local market and aim to keep your dealings with Bonds of Essex as stress-free as possible.

Annie Barnes Office Manager, is responsible for the day to day running of the team and is ably assisted by Jayne Reeves with overall responsibility for both the lettings and property office management sides of the company. Annie has been with us several years and is ideally placed to ensure that your dealings with Bonds of Essex will be a pleasant and rewarding experience.

Mark Packford (Sales Manager) who is currently in charge of our ever-expanding sales department deals with the day to day sales side of the company including valuations, contacting telephone and internet leads, vendor checks, viewings and sales progression. over 30 years of experience in his field Mark is there to ensure that whether you’re purchasing, or selling via us, that it runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
